Next working day delivery will be made any time between the hours off 8am to 6pm, (* A “working day” is all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.) VAT is charged on all delivery costs, where applicable.
You must inform us within 48hrs if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Eurobond Adhesives Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. The goods may be delivered in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer. For customers outside the UK we are happy to arrange collection and delivery of orders using your own courier accounts. Please contact us directly to provide the necessary details.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be credited. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.
Please remember to return with all accessories and packaging as originally supplied, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase to us unless we delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please note; you are also responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Exclusions: Any specials, bespoke products, die-cut tapes and clearance lines are NOT eligible for return unless found to be damaged or defective.
