EB 7064 Thermally Conductive Tape is a 0.64mm thick foamed acrylic tape with excellent bonding properties.
EB 7064 Thermally Conductive Tape is a foamed acrylic thermally conductive tape which is 0.64mm thick. It is made up from a red PE liner and acrylic adhesive and is ideal for use on LED and electronic applications.
EB 7064 has excellent bonding properties and demonstrates good temperature resistance, being able to withstand 160°C to -40°C.
