Eurobond MultiSeal® is a single part, flexible, chemically curing solvent free adhesive and sealant. It exhibits very high strength and is specifically designed for primerless bonding to most surfaces including metals, most plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, glass, wood, concrete, enamel and painted surfaces.
MultiSeal® has incredible initial grab with no slippage and excellent gap fill properties. It can be used for indoor and outdoor applications and will resist temperatures of -40°C to +150°C. MultiSeal® is completely waterproof and weatherproof and can even be applied to wet surfaces.
So what can it bond? Eurobond MultiSeal® can be used for bonding and/or sealing just about every material combination imaginable. The following are just some of the applications where MultiSeal® is currently being used. Bonding difficult materials such as specialised polymer systems, metals and fibreglass found in boats and other marine vessels. It is used for jointing aluminium cladding panels on commercial and industrial buildings, manufacturing holiday park caravans, perimeter bonding and sealing of windows and doors, especially in mobile home/office structures, motorhomes, caravans and boats. Eurobond MultiSeal® is used in the automotive industry for bonding vehicle panel sections in rigid cargo trailers, gap filling and sealing of body styling components and fitting of floor panel sections into mobile homes, motorhomes and caravans. It can also be used for bonding metal and plastic HVAC ducting.
Eurobond MultiSeal® is resistant to oils, petrol, diluted acids and alkali making it extremely versatile for applications such as sealing concrete floor sections in harsh environments such as petrol station forecourts and garage workshops. The adhesive is available in standard grey colour and packaged in 310ml Mastic type cartridges.
*It is not suitable for low surface energy substrates, such as PP, PE, PTFE.
