Description
Our heavy duty Isopropyl Alcohol cleaning wipes are ideally suited for cleaning all surfaces prior to bonding. Each 64gsm wipe is made of a special low lint material and impregnated with a blend of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and 30% de-ionised water. The ‘Flip Top’ pot contains 100 wipes. These wipes can also be used to clean tools, instruments and finished products.
All surfaces that require bonding should first be cleaned using Eurobond IPA liquid or Surface Cleaning wipes to remove any oil, grease or dirt, then lightly abraded and then cleaned again to remove any dust or debris. Do not use meths, white spirits or aromatic cleaners as these will leave a microscopic film on the substrate which will contaminate the bond line and act as a barrier preventing the adhesive from adhering properly to the surface. We also recommend using Protective Nitrile Gloves when handing adhesives.
