By placing an order, verbally or via the on-line shop, you are confirming that you have satisfied yourself that the product, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. If you are unsure which is the best product to meet your needs, please refer to the Technical Data sheet or contact our Technical Advice team to discuss your application requirements.

At Eurobond Adhesives, we strive to provide all our customers with highest quality adhesive tapes and products. We are ISO accredited and operate a rigorous quality control procedure. If on the rare occasion you find a problem with any of our products, please contact our Technical Advice team and they will discuss the adhesive / application problem and offer a solution.

All Adhesive products are issued with a minimum 3 month shelf life from date of dispatch, unless specified otherwise.  All adhesives must be stored and used correctly in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines to ensure integrity.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment must be made in advance. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and debit cards such as Switch and Delta. Products supplied remain the property of Eurobond Adhesives until the purchase price has been received in full.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call our sales team and they will take the payment detail for you and process the order directly. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us immediately and we will try to correct the mistake, if the order has not been shipped.

Eurobond Adhesives will do its best to ensure that the information published on the website and shop is accurate and up to date. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors relating to the description of products featured on this website will be amended as soon as possible. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize for any problems that may occur.  If we discover that an information or pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with that order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. Eurobond Adhesives reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

All prices shown are excluding VAT and this will charged at the checkout stage, if applicable.

From time to time we offer discount codes which may be used at checkout to apply a discount to either products or P&P. While these are normally offered with expiry dates, Eurobond Adhesives reserves the right to withdraw these promotions at any time. Only one discount code may be used at a time and they may not be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. Discount codes, if applicable to selected products, are only available while stocks last.

All copyright and other rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights) in and to the Website and the material on the Website are owned by Eurobond Adhesives or are included with the permission of the owner of the rights. You may not use, copy, adapt, modify, sell, license, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create works derived from the Site or the material or any part thereof without our prior written consent (except as permitted under applicable law).

“Eurobond” is a trade mark of Eurobond Adhesives and there may be other trademarks, names and logos on the Site which belong to us or group companies or third parties. You do not have any license or right to use any of them.

All customers are strongly advised to read the Manufacturers Safety Information on the label of each product.  Alternatively Safety Data Information can be supplied on request. Customers must ensure that the product is used and disposed of correctly, and the appropriate PPE is worn as per the Manufacturer’s guidelines.  Incorrect use of certain products may lead to serious side effects, even death. Eurobond will not be liable for any illness or injury as a result of the incorrect use or handling of the product.

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
