EB Vitralit® 1671 is a UV curing, stable dam material, with good thermal conductivity and low water absorption.
EB Vitralit® 1671 is a UV curing, stable dam material and has a high ionic purity (Na+,K+,Cl- <5ppm).
With good thermal conductivity and low water absorption, Vitralit® 1671 is shape retaining and highly suited for semiconductor application.
Applications include electronics, glob tops, edge bonding, and frame material for "frame and fill".
