Vitralit® 506-40-1 Plastic Bonding UV Adhesive 100gm

Vitralit® 506-40-1 is a UV light & visible curing, plastic bonding adhesive. With a short cure time and a dry to touch cured surface, it has a good adhesion to many plastics including acrylic, polycarbonate as well as to many metal substrates like aluminium, steel, ceramics and glass.

The cured adhesive is semi-flexible and very versatile offering some resistance to vibration, impact and shock. Vitralit® 506-40-1 has an operating temperature range of -50 degrees C to +150 degrees C. Vitralit® 506-40-1 can even be used as a “form in place gasket” and is an ideal alternative to using UV curing silicone.
